Anonymous Non-Personal Information: When users access the App, anonymous, non-personal information about their visit is automatically collected. Company receives aggregate data about the use of our Apps, such as the number of times the applications have been opened or the interactions or actions completed in the App. This information may be gathered directly by the App software or via a third party plug-in tool provider integrated with the App. The Company also receive aggregate data from the platforms that distribute our Apps (i.e. the iTunes Store, Google Play Store, and the Windows Store), such as the number of people who download the App and mobile set-up information (e.g., device model, App version, country, language, and mobile carrier). Please consult the privacy policies of these third parties for further information. Company uses this Anonymous Non-Personal Information to track the success of its App with its users and to better tailor the App to visitors’ needs and interests, and for the purposes of gathering data to further academic research regarding the subject matter of the App. This Anonymous Non-Personal Information may be shared with other parties, such as advertisers, sponsors, research partners.

E-mail Links & Notifications: We use e-mail links located within the App to allow you to contact us directly via e-mail. We use the information provided in your e-mail to respond to your questions or comments. We may also store your comments for future reference. Your personal information is only shared with third parties with your explicit permission. Users will be provided with opt-in options with respect to any notifications not relating specifically to user prompted inquiries, such as options for receiving updates or news from Company. All emails from Company to its users will include instructions on how to discontinue receipt of emails, newsletters and other communication from Company and users can discontinue such communication at any time.

Accountability: Company takes its commitment to securing privacy very seriously. Company has appointed a member of its management team to act as Company’s Privacy Officer and who is responsible for reviewing, approving and administering the company’s Privacy Policy and Company’s commitments hereunder.
